Getting here
Long story short
I received my graduate education in Industrial Design (Furniture and Interiors) from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. My semester long stint at the Royal Academy of Art, Den Haag added a new spin on how I understood and practiced design. Design became more than a problem-solving tool and research became what made design, rich. I concluded my furniture design education by challenging the fundamental concept of a ‘chair’ and suggesting alternative perspectives to sitting and seating in a seminal, research backed, Critical Design Project.
I started my career as a researcher and currently I’m the Senior Lead of Research and Insights at Treemouse Pvt, Ltd. with two years of experience working on and leading research projects for a range of clients.
I'm currently on the lookout for organisations and collaborators to work with in the space of Climate Change and Environmentally Sustainable Development.

Prospective direction
I'm intrigued by people, behaviours and cultures. Lately I've been interested in understanding these subjects in congruence with the Climate Emergency and resultant impacts. Climate change adaptation is a theme I'd like to pursue further. I'm keen on exploring a design approach to addressing climate problems in collaboration with experts from relevant fields.
